Anyone from Singapore can tell me about the words 3I, 3NG,4A..etc for HDb flats group?
ANSWER: Aha…..I just come from the HDB this morning….. 3I – 3 room improved
3Ng – 3 room new generation…
4A – the best of the 4 rooms
4S – 4 room simplfied
4 Ng – new generation there are so many designs rights now and Iwould suggest that you get a floor plan from your local HDB branch office just to verify.)
